Exchange Policy

Effective Date: June 28, 2025

At Mad Over Streets, we ensure every product is quality-checked and packed with care. As part of our limited-edition streetwear philosophy, we do not offer exchanges for size, fit, or change of preference.

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchanges are only accepted if:

• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact

Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Size issues or fit preferences
• Change of mind or incorrect orders
• Sale or discounted items
• Any request made after the 48-hour window

How to Request an Exchange:

Please email [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a suitable replacement if stock is available. If not, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
